What goes into embroidery?

Embroidery is such a fun and creative process. After connecting with you on your ideas, I get to work! I design or digitize your thoughts on the computer and transfer this to my embroidery machine. I hoop, stabilize and place each item individually and then stitch the design out. After this it gets back to you. Every single item goes through the same process! Can you ship?

Sure! I just add the cost of shipping onto your order. We ship at cost and use the most cost effective means. If you’d like it quicker that can also be arranged.

How long will it take to get my item back?

My turnaround time is currently at 12-14 days after I have your item on hand and we’ve confirmed your what you’d like for your order. I try to turn around items as quickly as possible. I will try to keep you in the loop so you know when you’ll be receiving your item. Rush is available if you need your item back before the turn around time.

Will you discount for bulk orders?

Due to the nature of embroidery adding more doesn’t make it faster on my side! We can offer a 10% discount on multiple items if it’s the same design, depending on the design.
